Proof of Performance Reporting

Companies selling ad space will be excited to know that the many outdoor advertisers going with the True Tracker System are going to be able to provide proof of performance reports to the advertising clients.
In the following example of a report, Smartie OutdoorAdvertisers has a contract with Smelly's Cheese Hut to run their ads on panel 2123 for the month of December. Smelly's wants the lights to be on for the evening commute; ON at 15 minutes before relative sunset (as determined automatically by geographic location) and OFF at 15 minutes after midnight. Then for the morning commute; they want lights ON at 5:00 AM and off 15 minutes after relative sunrise. You can see there is a problem with the lights the morning of the 17th, that Smartie's fixed before the evening commute. You could also estimate the maximum amount of time the lights were off. The timely response shows that Smarties was doing their due diligence and fixed the problem promptly!

Reporting Capabilities and Features
Proof of Performance; this report is generated at the end of the month and includes a daily summary of hours ON, Scheduled ON/OFF times, % uptime, a list of all alerts for the month and their closing reports Alert Summary; gives a summary of alerts on a specific panel along with the time/date it occurred and the closing notes Lamp Management; there are two of these- 1= an overview of average lamp and ballast life based on type, 2= is a summary of the dates lamps/ballasts were last changed on any particular panel Power Usage; available at the dealer level, for reading average draws for diagnostic purposes Uptime Report; this report summarizes the % of time the lights were on during their scheduled ON time. If there were 4 lights on a panel and one was out, it would read 75%; or if the entire panel was without power for half the scheduled time, you would get an uptime of 50%.
